I went to Palm Desert Modern Dentistry as a new patient with an acute toothache. The front office staff were welcoming and made my husband and I feel comfortable. The waiting room was full but we were made to feel we were the only ones there. The technician who did the X-rays and assisted Dr. Tran was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. As it turned out, I needed to have a major procedure. Although, it was my first experience with Dr. Tran, I felt confident in his care. He explained everything as he went along and definitely knew what he was doing. The facility is clean, spacious with state of the art equipment and thorough observation of universal precautions.
